Thrace, a region where numerous heroes from Homer's epics were born or died, is also my dionysian birthplace and the location of my grandparent’s house. A house that is a memorial to the memory of three generations of drifters and at the same time hideaway and place of refuge. A house that slowly decays and is covered by a black veil of oblivion, like moss or mold, which is taking over abandoned land.
